- I grew up in a suburb of Chicago and attended the University of Missouri at Columbia for my undergrad. I have a Masters in Elementary Education from Regis. I come from a family with four kids. My sister is a teacher in Chicago. One of my brothers lives here and the other one lives in Chicago. I moved here because my husband loved Colorado and I loved him. As it turns out,I love Colorado as well.
I think that Mr. Curtain could be in between being good and evil. The reason he could be good is because all he wanted to do was help people. He just wanted to make their lives better. He planned to do this with messages and the Whisperer. The reason he could be evil is because he kidnapped people and erased certain parts of their memory. He erased the fact that Milligan was Kate's dad.On page 447,he says,"Sorry it took me so long Katie-Kat.

I think Mr. Curtian is evil because if someone is evil, they don't tell you stuff. Mr. Curtain hid alot of stuff, unlike Mr.Benedict who told them everything. Mr. Curtain created the Institute so he could become M.A.S.T.E.R. for his own sake, not others. A news letter in Mr. Curtain's future newspaper reads " LEDROPTHA CURTAIN, the recently named Minister And Secretary of all Earth's Regions (M.A.S.T.E.R), had this to say about his new role" on pg. 346.

I think Mr.Curtain is an evil person who wants to brain wash everyone to make an army to take over the world. on page 149 it says "printed upon the banner, in letters large enough to be seen from the mainland,was the word LIVE."Live spelled backward is evil! through out the book he is always rude, arrogant or just plain annoying. that is why I think Mr.Curtain is evil.
ReplyDeleteMr. Curtain is obviously bad, because he erases peoples memories, and that's why Mr.Benedict sent them on the mission to stop him. Also, who, besides him, hates children?!?!

I think that Mr. Curtian is not evil because he always wants control he says on many pages, "Control is key, yes Renard control is always key" I think that Mr. Curtian is just a little bit of a control freek. I think that Mr.B and Mr.C are complete oposites because Mr.c is really strict and gets angry really easly and Mr.B lets things go with out really looking at them to hard.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Josh. Mr. Curtain is between both evil and good. Mr. Curtain does think that he's actually helping people. But would his total power thing help everybody? If you think about it, everybody has different views on different things. Mr. Benedict thought for example that the Whisper was bad because it gave Mr. Curtain power over everybody and people couldn't make their own decisions. "Are you a gifted child looking for special opportunities?" says the ad in the paper that was specifically to kids that could make their own decisions. Mr. Curtain could be evil because he took kids and brainwashed them along with innocent other people. Thats why I think that Mr. Curtain is both good and evil.

I think that Mr. Curtain is evil. The motto for the school is "LIVE", and live spelled backwards is "evil". All he wants is control. He erases people's minds, just so they can be his servants. Acording to page 346, "LEDROPTHA CURTAIN, the recently named Minister And Secretary of all The Earth's Regions (M.A.S.T.E.R.)..." points out how dearly he wants control. Another reason is that he always says, "Control is the key,". He even uses "control" as his password. The only difference is that it's spelled in Dutch (controle).

I think that mr.curtain is in between good and evil. he is nice to people treats them well. he also erased alot of peoples mind. which I would call evil. mr.curtain was evil and good. mr.curtain wanted to make their lives easy. but he just would make them harder.
